PRIVACY POLICY

Vargna is a hybrid-training app: build your own timed workouts, optionally share them with friends, and run them on a work / rest timer. Ready-made templates are included. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.

We collect the minimum needed to run the app:

• Email address and password — to create and secure your account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and are never visible to us.
• Workout data — sessions you choose to save (class, duration, rounds), classes you favorite, and custom classes you build.
• Sharing data — an optional display name, and a record of the workouts you share and the athletes you follow. All of it is optional and off until you turn it on.
• Local preferences — timer settings (sound level, start countdown) are stored on your device only and never leave it.

We do not collect your name, location, health data, contacts, or anything from other apps. There is no advertising and no third-party analytics.

By default, nothing. Your workouts, your history and your name are visible only to you until you choose otherwise. There are three separate choices, and each can be undone:

• Sharing a workout creates a link. Anyone holding it can see that workout and your display name — no account needed. You can stop sharing at any time, which kills the link and removes the workout from anyone who followed it.
• Sharing your profile creates a second link. People with it can see your display name and the workouts you are currently sharing, and can follow you. Workouts you have not shared stay private. You can hide your profile or reset the link.
• Showing your training history is off unless you turn it on. When on, people who follow you — nobody else, and not the public — can see your last ten sessions: the workout name, the date and the duration. Each session carries its own choice, made when you save it, so you can leave any single workout off without turning the whole thing back off.

You can block another athlete at any time, which removes their content from your app and stops them seeing yours.

Account data is stored with Supabase (authentication) and workout data in a managed Postgres database. The app is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

• We never sell your data.
• We never share your data with advertisers.
• We never use your workout history to profile you, train anything on it, or show it to anyone you did not choose.
• We never make anything about you visible by default. Sharing is opt-in, every part of it.

The app uses session cookies solely to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

You can delete individual sessions or your entire history from the History screen, and delete your whole account — including all stored data — from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
